Spaguts - Terrible customer care
I was assured that the 106/07 replacement board would work as a replacement but it does not work right. They now say that it can work with adjustments but not the way it supposed to.
Now it only works with single two power motor spas, I have a two motor spa. I have been calling in for three days now to speak with the manager and ask for him to return my call but I get this Hunn product specialist that explained to me that the manager was the one who sold me the part that goes to a one pump spa. If that is verified they would have to refund my money but now they are playing keep away and won't give me the manager that sold it to me.
It was Father's day weekend too.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
