Spaguts - Unsatisfactory
Purchased topside controller for approx $150. Within 2 days, a portion of the temp numbers was not working properly. I asked them to replace. They said I had to return for a bench test. Told me their replacement policy did not allow them to send replacement without doing a test.
Spa Guts Spa Packs Review
Spa guts is a rip off. They sent an item that does not fit my spa and want me to pay a restocking fee of 25%. I asked all the wright questions before I ordered and they said it fits. It does not and can not be used. $500 down the drain for *** sales people who only wany to make a sale. They lost my business of 6 spa packs a month.
